Stacy Barr
Fundraiser, Coach, and Strategic Partner
Stacy Barr is a fundraising strategist and leadership partner to nonprofit executives working to strengthen development capacity. She believes that when organizations have the right support, fundraising can be joyful, strategic, and transformative.
After more than 15 years of leading development teams at nonprofits including Education Pioneers, Summer Search, Turnaround for Children, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Stacy founded Stacy Barr Strategies to bring her fundraising expertise to even more organizations in the K–12 education, youth development, and adjacent sectors.
Stacy holds an MPA from NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and a BA from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She lives in New York City with her husband and two kids and loves exploring new restaurants, hiking in national parks, and spending time in her hometown of Miami and her favorite getaway in Woodstock, New York.
